Your Custom Design

Using the information gathered during the consultation, our team creates a custom design tailored specifically for you.

Freestyle designers use state-of-the-art computer drawings and advanced 3D modeling software, allowing you to clearly visualize your future outdoor space in remarkable detail.

You’ll also have the opportunity to review design options, features, and materials. We’ll make any necessary adjustments or refinements until everything perfectly matches your vision.

Once you’re satisfied with the design, we finalize the drawings and submit them for permitting approval.

If you haven’t visited our showroom yet, this is the perfect time. Freestyle offers a wide selection of materials, finishes, and styles, ranging from classic designs to contemporary looks.

Our expert material coordinators will guide you through the options and help you select materials that match both your style and your project needs.

Meticulous Project Planning

After the permit is approved by your municipality, our team carefully reviews every detail of the project.

A production meeting is held with the construction manager, production manager, and Freestyle owners to examine every element of the project. This ensures a seamless transition from design to construction.

Meeting with Your Construction Manager

Next, you’ll be introduced to your construction manager, who will guide you through the building phase.

During this meeting, you’ll learn more about the construction timeline and process. You’ll also receive direct contact information for your construction and project manager, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project.

You’ll also receive the Freestyle Customer Care Manual, which contains helpful information about each stage of construction.

Final Orientation

Once your project is complete and ready to enjoy, one of our trained technicians will provide a detailed orientation.

They’ll walk you through everything you need to know so you can confidently enjoy your new space. And if you ever have questions in the future, our team is always just a phone call away.
